4 “S” of Communication

(1) Shortness: – The message should be brief but effective so that its transmission and comprehension is faster and more effective.
(2) Strength: – Communication should be impactful and strong. A strong message captures attention, leaves a lasting impression, and drives action. It involves using confident language and clear statements that resonate with the audience.

(3) Simplicity: – Simplicity in the usage of words and ideas reveals clarity in the thinking process of the sender.
(4) Sincerity: – The message should be genuine and delivered with honesty. Sincerity builds trust and credibility with the audience. When the sender is sincere, the audience is more likely to believe and engage with the message.
